Facts on SwedenSweden is a monarchy, the king currently being Carl XVI Gustaf. ClimateSweden, and for that matter all of Scandinavia, has a warm climate taken into consideration its northern position. The cause of this is mainly the proximity of the Atlantic ocean and the warm air that, especially in the winter, comes from the west.
